TRITON 3 arrives in China with the first race ever taking place in Qidong is a county-level city in Nantong, prefecture of Jiangsu province, China, situated at the mouth of the Yangtze River where it meats the East China Sea. Known as the “pearl of the river and sea,” it is strategically located across from Shanghai and is a hub for high-tech industries, but also has a rich history with traditional arts and culture. Qidong has a significant fishing industry, a busy port, and is investing in renewable energy projects like offshore wind and solar farms.
The event is happening on June. Get ready for three days of total immersion in the sport, with high adrenaline and a breathtaking setting.

TRITON 3 JIANGSU-QIDONG is in innovative format — three consecutive days of racing, three distance options, and multiple ways to compete, all designed to challenge both body and mind:
🔥 SPRINT: 700 m swim / 30 km bike / 5 km run
🔥 MIDDLE: 1.4 km swim / 60 km bike / 12.5 km run
🔥 LONG: 2.1 km swim / 90 km bike / 25 km run
Athletes can race individually, as a team in the CORPORATE RELAY (SPRINT) format, or take on just one leg of the triathlon — swim, bike, or run. The weekend also includes kids’ races, live shows, and TRITON Talks, a space for learning, sharing, and getting inspired.
